


LAUNCH - A Beginners Program
WHAT:
-5k (or 10k) training plan, coach support, community, supported group runs
-Program fee: $105 - includes Northside Membership ($53 value)
(Existing Northside Members pay $52 inquire for available discount code)
WHERE:
Various locations throughout The Woodlands.
*Join Northside members on any club runs throughout the week
WHEN:
-Next session begins July 19, 2025.
-Race Day September 20, 2025 (Woodforest Charity Run)
WHY:
-Complete a 5k/10K.
-Get fit, have fun, meet like-minded people and lifetime friends!
You can do it!
HOW:
-8-10 week training plan, including basic level strength training
-Supported group runs
-Coach guidance
-Exploring goals, potential setbacks, and action steps towards goals
-General knowledge on fueling and hydration for training
-Ready to commit to running/walking at least three times a week
*Select a shirt size to begin registration.
